What countries do you ship to?
We offer free shipping to over 40 countries, with more countries on the way.
US mainland
We cannot deliver to the following areas: (Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific)
Most countries in Europe(Affiliated islands do not provide delivery service).
Some Asian countries, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico.

How long does order take to ship after payment?
Standard products will be shipped within 48 hours. Pre-Sale products will be shipped within 15-20 business day. Orders on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email before shipping.

Note: Custom products will be shipped 7 - 20 business days, depending on the product.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 5-12 business days to door, but occasionally takes longer.

Tracking information issues
We're always happy to help, but unfortunately we only have access to the same tracking information you have. We ask that you try to resolve any issues directly with your carrier. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at
Please make sure your address details are correct as we will not be able to redirect once the package is enroute. All orders will only be sent to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. You will be solely responsible for monetary loss for any losses caused by entering wrong addresses or fraudulent transactions.

Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, which your package cannot be delivered by any express.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

How to cancel my order

Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from HeyCheese due to force majeure, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Lost packages
Heycheese is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier. Please note that you will need to sign your package upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery and have not received your package, we will send you an email to notify you of it. You can contact the delivery company to arrange another delivery.
If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days of the attempted delivery, they may return the goods to us. Return fees may be allocated to us, which may be double the shipping cost. If this happens under these circumstances, we reserve the right to require you to pay the return fee plus an additional cost for redelivery before we can resend the item to you.
After delivery of the goods, it is your responsibility to check that the order is complete and undamaged. If possible, you should carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage and contents prior to receipt. If the goods are damaged in any way upon delivery, you have the right to reject the goods and inform the consignee of the reasons for rejection. Alternatively, you can sign the goods as "unchecked" when you accept the delivery, while you accept that the order is complete.
If the product you ordered is not available for any reason at the time of placing the order, we will contact you by email or phone on the same business day or the next business day. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time, and if you are not satisfied, you will have the right to cancel the order without any obligation and a full refund will be given.
After a successful transaction, you will be notified when the order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, we ask that you first check your email "Junk/Spam” folder and then contact us.
